Have we found gold? Have we stumbled upon a huge industry secret? A skincare scientist recently posted a Tiktok comparing Nivea Creme to Creme de la Mer, and the results are well, shocking. Nivea ringing up at $1.39 at Target while Creme de la Mer, a whopping $380 at Sephora.
If you're not familiar with La Mer, it is a luxury skin care brand. Known for its results, but also its hefty price tag. Many are familiar with Nivea. In fact, dare we even say, it's sometimes found at Dollar Tree. Dollar Tree!
The scientist measured the hydrating benefits of the two products, and each came out almost identical in terms of hydration. We love a good dupe.
